I have just set myself a target of visiting all (16) these pubs by the end of the year; I know some of you will probably do it a a couple of days but I'll take my time as I will make a day of it with my mates for each one.

I think I've drunk in all but two of those. Oddest one is the Cittie of York, which seems to go back for miles.

have been which has no TVs and no mobiles allowed, is The Bell at Aldworth, a superb 13th century pub which is run by the same family for the last 250 years

a 300yr old pub full of character ..and chinless wonders ..but a lovely part of the world
