The only constant is the manager. So are you happy to watch a steadily declining team in a rapidly emptying stadium (thousands of empty seats last night) playing increasingly ineffective football while Chelsea, Liverpool & City pull away. Would we really be fourth if Ferguson hadn't left Utd in the lurch?
Truth is "our" best signing has been Moyes who has plunged Utd into turmoil.
Now the traditional end of season collapse is happening. Maybe we'll pull out of the slump and grab the trophy for fourth. But the silence as we left the ground last night was the sound of people giving up. No anger, just acknowledgement that yet again our club, players and glorious leader are back inside his comfort zone.
