I dont get this list, we're two years away from having to replace the great man.

Frankly I dont get why we cant just get Stevie Bould some clever glasses and nice knitwear.

Job done

Well no, obviously he couldn't as that would be impossible but you know what I mean.

I genuinely do not understand this commonly stated belief of some on here that we will almost cease to exist as a football club when Wenger leaves.

He's like a Californian teenaged girl.

What we claim is that there is absolutely no guarantee at all that whoever comes in will do better than him, and there is a very strong reason to suspect that they won't, given that by every single metric available Wenger already overachieves.

The other bit I would say he achieves, not over achieves.

To over achieve may be to deliver one of the two main trophies in the face of competition from more aggressively spending rivals. He hasn't done this in a while as we are only too aware.

He achieves by delivering top 4 status which is 100% where we should be.

I really find it hard to comprehend how the enormity of his achievement is so hard to comprehend. Which may be ironic, or possibly not.

The chaps who sit on the other side of the fence from you may argue that if for example he was less focused on delivering said profits and invested some of the 30m you allude to then he may well have possibly won the big shiny silver things that many hold so precious.

Should the football manager of the club really be so concerned about the annual profits or is that ultimately the CFO.

Funny old game.

Everyone working in the business needs to be working for the good of the business. He knew what was involved in the stadium move and agreed to manage that process financially as far as the team is concerned.

The man is a genius and not far from a saint.

All I have suggested is further spending which could still have returned a profitable end of year results if that is what is demanded of him, I at no stage have suggested irresponsible spending to the detriment of the overall business.

To simply jump to 'retardedness' does not reflect well on you.

I mean, it's retarded before you even get into wages and signing on fees

Wilshere and Cazorla on half what Ozil is on? How long will they stand for that?

Of course it would be media guesswork but all the same.
