On some days, there is no time to get a ticket between my various connections (train>boat>train, with 2-3 mins in between each one). So normally buy a ticket on the train with no bother. This f**ker decided that wasn't a good enough reason and warned me. What the f**k else am I supposed to do? Why has no-one else in over 3 years bothered to warn or fine me?

They just got oyster readers I think for the tube bit.

* If I get the train home from Moorgate then change at Finsbury park to the Piccadilly line I have to go through the gates and I get charged far more.

Instead I have to get off at Highbury and islington jump on the Victoria line one stop then the Piccadilly line.

It's a con. If I get on the tube at bank and then change at moorgate to the train to Bowes park or Palmers green. I get charged £4 something

If I walk to moorgate and get the train straight to bowes park or Palmers Green it only costs £3.20 :shrug:

And the place is badly in need of some investment and proper job opportunities, but I like the lifestyle. Being 10 min walk to a beach (with a beach hut we own) is brilliant for kids.
