I know I am in a small minority, but I am 100% certain Platini and UEFA will surprise everyone and stick to their guns on this one. Platini enjoys being the righteous enforcer against big countries (see the changes he enforced on CL qualifications). I say this as I just read on the French news that PSG, and two English clubs were summoned to Switzerland last week to explain their books. Results of FFP published in May and UEFA are already saying that they expect legal challenges into the summer and are preparing for them.
Maybe Chelsea escapes (they did make a small profit last year and a big loss tow years ago, so it depends on how they do this year) but City will get sanctioned for sure along with PSG and Monaco.
