It's called "Göta Canal" and it enables boats to sail across the country from Gothenburg to Stockholm.

There is also a movie called "Göta Canal", hilarious comedy. Part of a series of Nog/Swede comedy cooperation. Two first movies were about Scandies going to Grand Canaria and the Alps. Third was Göta Canal, I think. There's also one about boat life in the Stockholm archipelago.
