"Jenkins recalled: 'Tony was immensely good-looking and elegant. He wore a long camel-hair overcoat, and drove a powerful MG sports car..."

No. No he didn't. There has never been any such thing.

I'm assuming Woy was in the barrel, tbh.

I'm actually making myself a little queasy here. :-(

them.

A 'dog's breakfast' would be the first thing that springs to mind.

back in the day
I'm told, once a day, he rode his horse into the bar shouting "a flagon of ale please landlord"
Now that is a proper private education

Hello Melonsmm,

How about the Beehive Bar on the Falls Road? Gary Law's book "Historic Pubs of Belfast" mentions that Lord Robert Baden-Powell (1857–1941) was a regular customer there at one time. Apparently he rode to the bar from a nearby barracks and ride into the bar where he ordered his drink, drank it and left without leaving the saddle.
