faith in the police and judicial services and thereby essentially validate non-cooperation with the forces of law and order by an entire community, then yes.

However, where the police are shown to have actively worked against a victim's family in order to protect a suspect and undermine their own case, then the coverage is entirely legitimate and questions must be answered.

I mean, it's not like we dont already know that the met are collectively bent as the proverbial nine bob note.

It's in no way shocking that any of the officers involved in this have failed to face censure either.
