View Full Version : What do we want from Chelsea vs Spurs? I guess it has to be a draw, doesn't it.

However if there is to be a winner then personally Chelsea is the better option.

4 than winning the league. If that is indeed true, I don't think there's much in it. So to me it is absolutely crazy that anyone would prefer Chelsea to win.

They've dropped points at Southampton, Everton, Newcastle, West Brom, Stoke and West Ham this season already.

Doesn't exactly scream conviction against teams that are 'easy' to beat.

and yet everyone's talking about them as realistic title contenders.

Spurs win and we come out of the next 4 games with a good return of points and yes we're in a great position.

However I am not sure we will come out of the next 4 games with a good return so on that basis I would prefer keeping as much distance between us and Spurs as possible.

Heaven forbid we f**ked up to such an extent, having had the season to date we have, to not even end up in the top 4.

against teams they should beat with little fuss. So if they do what they have to (and can) do they win it. Simple.

doesn't matter who they have dropped points against before

finishing top four. There was always a risk we'd not make it, even when we were top. It's not like we'd built an unassailable lead

They're likely to go further in the CL bear in mind and a tie against Madrid/Barca/Bayern/PSG would likely be of some detriment to their league form.

You can't write the useless c**t off before he has even kicked a ball for us.

I recall him being quite good at Lyon. Before he broke his back playing beach football.

Flamini's suspension and Ramsey's absence and now he's available, so are they! So as signings go, it was a bit pointless (no fault of wenger's, of course, as he was not to know he was injured).

Of course, he could score a vital goal for us (he is excellent at free kicks, i believe) and it will feel far from pointless.
