Broccoli = £1
1kg potatoes = 80 pence
500g mince = £3

6 quid could easily pay for a shepherd's pie for a family of 4 I reckon

Sack off the mince and make a Spanish Omlette and I reckon it'd cost less than 4 quid

It'd cost you more than that to jump on the bus to the foodbank
