Since the old bear in the east is being a bit naughty, and freezing Russian assets is fast becoming a possibility. Is it not time that Britain nationalise Chelsea FC? Now I am not for one minute suggesting that this should be permanent.
Britain could:
a) simply close down the franchise
b) put it out to tender
c) convert it into a curling club
