my ST is valid for, but no letters from Arsene.

I expect the reason why is that a lot of old software that does the things it's supposed to do with handling membership stuff can't actually send HTML emails, which is done by a seperate mailer program off a different version of the membership list.

Basically they need to hire someone like me to go in there and reconcile their databases. Sort it aahht Gazidis!

It's actually illegal to send stuff after people have unsubscribed so if you wanted to get a little bit stampy feety with them they might actually do something about it.
