The downside being that you are always essentially jetlagged/sleep deprived

Only just got used to it and then I had to go back to LA.
Then I couldn't sleep as I suffered horrific sunburn on my back.

So much so that I had massive blisters that set off the body scanner at the airport as they were full of liquid :-(

Flight, i sleep for ages and from then on it is just my normal life. A bit of sleep here and there.
