Well i just went to the dentist check up and need one filling

but it new one as i chipped my tooth. Got to stop grinding. :banghead: at least it cheaper as i changed from private to nhs.

I need to look after my teeth far better Anyway i keep taking the iboufen. thanks mac for the advice on this by the way. :-)

no. Its a lesson for anybody. if you don,t look after your teeth they will come back and bite your where it hurts

Dentist was pretty friendly but he was honest enough tell me that brushing of my gums was not up to standard. bottom gums fine but not the top gums. so got to get to work their.

most annoying thing is getting another filing. I have if i am not careful very few natural teeth in few years time. :cry:
