only Ozil playing what Ozil thinks is good enough for him will give Ozil the confidence you seem to think he lacks.

Personally I have been very happy with his contribution so far this year.
Just the mere fact he joined us gave us at least 10% more out of the rest of the team.
We are now involved at the top rather than looking up at those involved at the top whilst trying to secure 4th
What happens at training and within the teams bubble will have far more effect than anything us fans do for 90 minutes a week.
