That's *******s, as you know. But there is an element of truth when it comes to exercising.

Do a bit, do it regularly, and it's easy to stay moderately fit. Dash into it like a man possessed and it's going to hurt and be a miserable experience, and you'll walk (hobble) away from it.

Also alternating exercise is good - I run one day, swim the next, walk the next, run again, have a day off... so it never becomes a grind or a chore.

I have the body of a 26 year-old athlete. I keep it in the cellar and sniff it occasionally.
