View Full Version : I loved the way the Kings of Grief took the minute's silence into their own hands by first clapping

then singing "There's only one Tom Finney". What a mess. :-|

that they like to mix it up a bit and stamp their own style on them now.

clapping.

Good of Swansea to take about 30 fans to a 5th round FA Cup match

noise and so to avoid looking bad on tv they all start clapping and chanting..so hoping to keep the public on side in their never ending Hillsborough campaign to pretend they arent really drunken low life wallet stealing off dead people scum ?

similar opinion as you. For all the big talk about their monster char grill, I found many of the dishes a little plain and uninspiring. The flatbread was lovely, the octopus too - but the rest left me cold.

Even my favourite of the mains - the pork ribs – disappointed through their awkwardness to eat (too thin), lovely though they were.

It probably speaks volumes that my favourite dish was dessert (the choccy ganache).

I might consider popping in for a bite on a whim, but I’d certainly never go there for a big ticket meal again.

A series of airstrikes would do wonders for Liverpool.

There's nothing wrong with pudding, but starters are always the best. FACT

It's a bit Emperor's new clothes, isn't it?

This week's selection:

Thursday dinner - Pollen Street Social
Friday dinner - Dabbous
Saturday lunch - J Sheekey

All old favourites, I'm afraid.

but there was actually some singing out in the concourse at that corner of the ground during the silence. I couldn't make out who it was, but if it was some of their lot still drinking at the bar it might explain it.

Anyway, the best minute's silence ever was the Schalke fans after 11/9

but if you're going to do it then it is ironic that Liverpool fans have basically f**ked one up.

No disrespect to the guy, but really?

1985–1991 Liverpool 0 (0)

It is very childish indeed.

But then i suppose i am just being a bit of a hippy about it, or something. :-)

There was massive interest in him and hype around the time they signed him and only injuries blocked his progress
