It was badly written, confusing and inaccurate imo

I know they meant that you can do your bit to cut deaths even if you're not driving. However, if they'd written *as a result of* rather than *by* it would have been clearer and closer to the truth.

Other people get killed due to people drinking and driving and not just the drivers themselves :pedant:
