Can't say I can recall a game where we've been set up to nulify the opposition.
Most of the time it works but it may be a factor in why we repeatedly get stuffed so heavily against the top sides who can boast players that are equal and in some cases better than ours.
The bloke only plays one way which is why Maureen and Taggart picked him off at will over the years.
Until he adopts a more pragmatic approach to these types of games, we'll always come up short.
Could anyone seriously contemplate Chelsea shipping 5 or 6 goals over 90 minutes ?
