can,t grind out matches often against teams outside top seven.

47 of our 54 points have come against teams outside top seven
8 from 21 against teams inside the top seven.

liverpool have only 15 point away from home
we have 26 points away from home

in end still got great chance. chelsea still have to go away to
swansea
liverpool

It's about can we do enough to cross the line first by 1 pt if necessary?

If it was we'd have been accepted as real contenders ages ago. But our credentials are being questioned after every game, even though we win and we're top of the league.

We've been the most consistent team, yet the others credentials and chances are still better than ours. The test for us sadly is different from other teams.

I suppose my reply meant that today proved those pundits were right. They said we were a joke and would crumble against the best and we did, spectacularly.

I know it is onyl one game but the c**ts will be parading round on this for weeks.

But the fact remains we are 2nd, 1pt behind Chelsea, with 13 games to go, so it's still anyone's. I have no problem with people saying A team is favourite Ito.

But there is another Agenda with the Arsenal, there is almost a gleeful anticipation about us failing, which is why especially after today, we don't need people to wimp out on the team, we need to galvanise behind the team.

The players have already bettered the expectations of most gooners, that's why there was such a brouhaha about getting another striker. So the least we can do now is be the final piece in the jigsaw to push the team over the line.
