View Full Version : William Roache found not gulity
Not suprised really as evidence did not seem very clear to point to a gulity verdict.

Now for DLT.
i just was surprised it went to trial when they was so little witnesses or physical evidence due to how long ago it was.
In terms of dlt we can not legally comment till his trial over though.

And shame on all the attention grabbing slags who stirred it up.
to question in this case whether just the words of women in their 60s without any clear evidence or witnesses seems odd they were able to bring that to trial.
just to add roache just said in a statement that their was no winners in this and that he looks forward to going back to work.

in the end of the day questions should be asked of the cps decision to go to trial for something that did not have clear evidence.

but that there was insufficient evidence for Roach to be proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt?
