Just had part one of the second task done and it weighed in over ¤10k, the second part of the second task was done a few years ago and cost more than the first part of the second task.

Now, you might do it on cheaper fittings (Ikea for example) and keeping costs down by employing one contractor to do it all but in general I would suggest you haven't a f**king hope.
