Yet another kneejerk sacking. Though, wasn't Laudrup supposed to be a better manager than Wenger? I'm sure it said so on here at one point.

and any other young manager, for that matter, is always going to be up against things at a club like that. Any real and lasting achievement is impossible really, yet people will now say Oh, he failed; if he can't even manage Swansea, why does he deserve a chance at a bigger club.

It's hard for young managers in England, hanging around for years waiting for Ferguson or Wenger to retire so they can all move up a notch. At least in Europe they get a chance at the plum jobs, but then we criticise those clubs for changing bosses all the time and lacking loyalty and vision.

You simply can't win.

Bluepunter is a good lad though....when I was in trouble he wrote a very nice letter to the judge. dude only ever met me on here but did that. Gotta give him massive props and I owe him for that.
