currently I have trips planned every 3 months. Not bad. Italy in April. then Somewhere in June for Honeymoon.

Then no more holidays as it's operation Vancouver.

surprisingly my online adventures did not take me that part of the world.

I ended up in Newcastle though :-( but the girl was a nutter and through me out the next morning. and I was skint and didn't have enough money to change my ticket so I had to call my parents to save my arse.

was a gift from my cousin in Canada who organises these biker bash things and he was the guest so he got him to sign a load of books for the family.

but they've relocated us to a betterer one right in the middle hollywood with a Jacuzzi :cloud9:

Let's see if they are good as they look on the websites.
I still have this feeling I'll turn up and it's a demolition site.

But it seems like they are all on the same sites. The reviews seem legit too.

Oh and one other small hitch. We paid it off by bank transfer before christmas using that Hifx.

But they didn't update it and charged our card too the other day. But we got a refund a couple days later.

I did feel a bit silly that my card would not work buying £15.00 of shopping in sainsburys.

use a service which has so much perceived risk attached to it.

Indeed, this is the real miracle behind its success. That so many people, in an age where we are all encouraged to be risk averse, are willing to let total strangers into their home and enter the home of strangers.

It can be highly lucrative, I believe. There's some stunning properties on there.

I've used the service about 6 times around Europe and have only ever had fantastic experiences.

Often it's their second home and they're usually quite poncey designer-ey types with houses full of trendy Scandinavian furniture and the like.

Bit of a ****-fest, but a nice way to experience a city as an alternative to staying in a hotel.
