to reply to good and bad posts to me. I need to be strong enough to not feel need to reply to rude comments.

In end my life been to much at times about weakness so i need to show some more backbone .

gets me nowhere. In end i got to expect flak with some of stuff i post at times. As you know i am not the most skillful of posters at times.

By the way i taken your advice on board on other forums in terms of trying to cut down repeating myself. Its promblem i have in real life mostly due to nerves and anxerity .

Anyway cheers mate and for keeping this board going. it need regulars like yourself, pat, pope and even billy and nic to keep it going. :-)
