in going all out to win something, then they would probably make a move.
But f they do decide to go all out to win something, it's a big risk tbh. We might very well end up with nothing whilst pissing our pile of cash up the wall. The pile isn't infinite like at some clubs.
If the ambition is to qualify for the CL and make sure we can do the same again next year, then it's job done already for this season really. Not saying we've already qualified, but it that is the aim then we needn't spend now.
