That or take the hard drive out and throw it away. Burn the hard drive.

Or remove the hard-drive. Buy a new one. sell on ebay as marve the perv is on to you.

I wouldn't worry about formatting and people recovering your data. Those programs that say they can restore your data are mainly ****e. You get the odd jpeg back but half of them are corrupt. Only the seriously expensive kit does that and it takes days if not week to get them in a good state. Although theres some good linux stuff which is a bit better for free. It might get you back half a video of you with a goat.
