Where no one is relegated, no one is promoted as they simply cannot compete. There will be an upper tier in this league of the likes of PSG, Man City, Real Madrid & Barcelona, and the rest will be made up of Bayern, Arsenal, Liverpool, Man Utd, Fenerbache, etc.
Sad days for Tottenham, Villa, etc. but you can see with City and PSG, that if you simply buy up all the talent it's hard for anyone to compete.

Because, clearly, they'll want the top 1-2 clubs from each league in Europe to give it that total European flair and attract more viewers.
This is also why I was surprised to see Man City bought by big money - Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City...that's a lot from England.
Much safer bet to just buy Ajax, Dortmund, or Celtic. :shrug:
