Had you had some mates with you, then could have accosted his missus waving imaginary cards.

For some reason I hate him for this far more than Maradona's hand of God or Rooney's dives.

It's the way he deliberately goes out to maim an opponent in the same manner and then tries to make it appear as if he were fouled.

He's scum.

The FA should be allowed to take action - if they see the player continually pull this stunt which could end up with someone seriously hurt, then they should be able to ban him. And give him longer and longer bans for each subsequent offence.

Thank God we didn't sign him.

Committing a professional foul - taking a yellow for the team is one thing. But just trip the guy. Don't charge after him and then stamp as hard as possible on the back of his ankle.

But the dive to the floor and rolling in agony really takes the biscuit.

This is completely hypocritical of me, but I hope we hammer the Scousers and then Flamster scythes him down just before the final whistle.
