theme tune from Dogtanian and the three Muskehounds on a constant loop in my head.

At the time, it didn't seem at all weird that someone had decided a cartoon version of The Three Musketeers featuring dogs would be a good plan. Now it seems utterly, utterly mental.

cartoon look badly dubbed. That takes real incompetence imo.

Is that the cloud that is made when you take a pee outside on a cold day?

I blame that, and also Marvel's Thor, for my fascination with mythology

I lost track of whatever the f*ck was supposed to be going on in Esteban and the Cities of Gold. Total nonsense from start to finish. Actually, did it ever finish?

Buckingham and he'd given her a pearl necklace or something? It was all a bit mad.

On our one meeting he quoted Ulysses numerous times (after I had claimed to have just finished it - I got through about 4 chapters), demanded to know my preferred Joyce works and why, before driving me to the James Joyce museum in Dublin (he lives there), which, through an act of the Gods, was thankfully closed.

I have indescribable hatred for that book.

One of the few things I've persevered with and ended up rather enjoying.

Also, does he live in the museum, or just dublin?
