Seems like their owner is engaged in the running of things. They have one of the Top 5 managers in the world. The money situation is what it is. On that front I have a lot more contempt for Man City.

I think we should be glad that Abramovich pried his blood money out of Russia AFTER Levy rescued Lord Sugar's mucked up Spurs, otherwise he would have bought them.
