When did the verb 'to scout' start meaning 'to watch a Youtube clip'?

I presume some of our posters are using the world playfully, but who needs to spend months attending matches to watch a player's every minute when you can just watch a highlights reel?

I fear that some bloggers (and perhaps some of our more dribbly posters) are using the word sincerely. :-(
