I specifically remember David Seaman saying that during his era an agreement was made between all players not to show annoyance at each other during games and save it for the dressing room as it will give an impression of discord to the fans and opposition.

chap to know that, if he f**ks up, he will incur the wrath of a giant f**king squarehead.

And surely it is as well to try to keep them onside? Especially during matches.

It led to us conceding a goal.

No harm done.

Not because Per said it for him, but because he knows better than anyone that giving away occasional goals like that is worth it for all the times we move fluidly up the pitch from defence rather than hoofing the ball away,

players and their manager.

Similarly, I don't discipline my hounds; the top dog (and bitch) is responsible for the behaviour of the group. By naming that leader, I show the values I insist upon, and that he embodies.

The trick is to select the correct one in the first place; one that behaves the way you want.

High-maintenance, stressful, destructive, smelly and they do that annoying unconditional love thing.

Cats are relaxing, pretty much self-regulating (unless it's an aidsy cat) and much better to stroke.
