sopcast, but can anyone remember which other wons they use and what are good?

I've mostly used our friends veetle stream on my mac, but as he's away atm and my missus is away with her MBP (and I'll be out at a sodding tutorial until 9pm), I'll be taking a PC laptop with me.

When I used wiziwg with macs, I just used the flash streams, but it gave options like acestream at up to 2,000kb.

So what other ones are there?

Done acestream and streamtorrent which I remember the names of.

And sopcast though I almost never got that to work in the old myp2p days.

What's the best one?

I'd like as good a quality as poss tonight as I sit on the platform at Camden waiting to get back to Haggerston.

(Tutorial last month was during that CC game when NB23 scored after 2 mins. **** loads of gooners go on when I changed trains at H&I. If we win, I promise to try to sing one of these hymns I'm studying, even though they only give us the words, not the tunes.)

Just ask them if you can have their login details and use Sky Go on your phone or laptop to watch it

had.

Never liked the consoles from sega and nintendo onwards.

Cos they didn't have a joystick.

Can't get my head round using thumbs. Much prefer a quickshot 2.

Though a quickshot 9 joyball was the best of the lot which I used until I left uni in 92.

Though as a kid, I'd have killed to have a joystick with more, definable, fire buttons.

If I'd had a quickshot 2 like joystick with 4 fireb buttons (finger and thumb trigger, and a couple by the left hand) that all did different things, the games would have been even better.

Analogue would have been nice too.

But when I occasionally go to a shop that sells this sort of stuff, and I see steering wheels with gear lever and pedals, or a flight controller joystick, with a little thumb stick for guiding missiles, I'm in awe.

Kids of today don't know they're born.

(I started out trying to write games on a Vic20, in basic with machine code sub-routines, in about 82, then started writing reviews and then articles for Games Computing, Computer Gamer and Your Commodore. So I was quite into it.)

Sorry. Digress. No xbox and need for wiziwig stream on pc.

The acestream ones are great - it's just a pimped out version of vlc. Bloodzeed or anything 1500kb + is usually very good. If your ISP throttles then consider a VPN.

bloodzeed acestream page that came up from google

and watch there?

It's already shown me some of the sperz highlights when I checked.

Is this the best quality to watch live?

Thanks again.

HD. You can download XBMC and use their add-on, although they have a £2 day pass or £5pm sub.
