if wenger doesnt get at least 1 striker unfortunetely we have no chance. the power of city (with all their unfiar millions) and chelsea will over hte long season, if we buy well now, we have a chance

In terms of competing with those two. The right one, and a genuinely top class one. The chances of us getting that this january are very, very low indeed.

its a matter of beating all the other smaller teams and we def have the squad for that.

In my predictor I've allowed for the dropping of 12 more points from the teams outside the top 7(inc us)which should yield 84 points.
There's absolutely no reason we cant win all of those points, we are good enough to as long as we take each game seriously and apply ourselves fully.
That would give my prediction a new total of 96 points, easily enough to be champs.

Utd showed in the 90s that dropping points against your nearest rivals isn't a big deal as long as you bully the lesser clubs you can still win the league.

We dont need two strikers. We need one, and the right one. The chances of getting him in the next two weeks are very low. I dont want wenger punting millions on a gamble just on the off chance of it helping. That isnt how we work.
