Some people are simply uncomfortable with it and that doesnt make them evil or bad in my book. After all it is an unusual act in itself whether right or wrong. The list of things humans are not allowed to be uncomfortable with grows year on year.

btw I have no objection to it at all but would prefer if it wasnt celebrated and shouted from the rooftops as if it was an heroic and special achievement. Be who you are and get on with your lives without fuss.

Now most people who are uncomfortable with homosexuality have been either raised in a different culture or have simply grown up with their own beliefs. a case for innocent people. As I have already stated I have no issue with homosexuality at all, however I do become irritated when others are attacked for not sharing those beliefs and I must admit I also tire of the fanfare which surrounds the gay parade these days.

Homosexuality exists. But it has never been talked about in football. For that reason he deserves credit for coming out.

I don't really care if he is hetero- homo- or bisexual, but by coming out we can stop pretending that top football players can not be gay.

A lot of things make people uncomfortable, but that does not give them the right to tell others how they should live their lives, who they should love or who they should tell.

Ignorance of this kind is not a virtue and should not be excused.
