The court has found that he didnt have the gun on him when he was shot, however he did have it in the car with him beforehand and somehow managed to throw it 20 yards without being seen, and from inside a car, before the police shot him repeatedly at point blank range because he had a gun on him.

Somehow this amounts to a lawful killing.

If I lived in Tottenham I'd be getting my gnomes and garden furniture in right about now.

Like how do you throw a gun a fair distance away from inside the car without being seen by the three police cars. Fishy as in they didnt apparently go looking for the gun.
