Curly is right.

Who knows if hadn't hurt the knee already but worsened the injury considerably by playing on after the first time he went to ground. Strained ACL is a couple of months - ruptured ACL is the six to eight that Theo now faces.

Not in the PL, at least. Not sure of the protocol elsewhere. Would we have done it for them if we were chasing the game?

although he will do the other knee in the Emirates Cup and miss most of next season too.
