Tommy is awesome but I'd rather not take a gamble on Mertersacker and Koscielny avoiding injury / suspension.

Sagna has been quality when asked to play centre half but what if him.or Jenkinson is missing too.....might end have to push Arteta back there for a game.

Not ideal.

Stephen Taylor might be the ideal candidate....just as a back up....we can shift him on the summer if we need too.
