A bit of sunshine (or daylight) might be nice.

I've always felt my most miserable in the past Jan/feb.
Christmas and New years is all over. Short days and miserable weather.

Other factors.
They spend to much over xmas and worried about the credit card bill.

they had a horrible christmas alone and combine with going back to work it's too much.

Or it might be sod.

dont seem to top themsleves in winter..just the swedes..no sense of humour dour cnuts that they are :-)
