Where those boundaries lie is a question purely for the couple in question: for some, they may allow for actual sex with other people, but for others they may even preclude ****ing.

Speaking personally, as long as there's a clear distinction between fantasy and reality, then I'm pretty comfortable. So, for instance, if she has the odd dirty thought about (for instance) Johnny Depp or that vampire fella out of True Blood, then I'm cool with that. If, however, she fantasises about an ex or someone she actually knows, then less so (or at least I'd hope she'd have the decency to keep it to herself ;-) ).
