furthermore, tony adams who was ridiculed 2 years ago when the german was still adapting and vermaalen was well liked, deserves respect
for suggesting vermaalen was not what we needed at the back and martesacker is the type of defender we needed

i think as a team we're more balanced than ever....arteta/flamini are very important in their midfield roles, giroud gives our midfield space to operate something RVP never did, that means we have more goalscorers, with RVP was all about him scoring.
