Good to see, and good to see it working out.

We did really well, considering we were down to Cazorla for creativity in midfield.

There was far too much panic in those last ten minutes to suggest we carried out a plan.

For all the nervy moments I can't really recall Newcastle having a genuine goalscoring chance? For a team in good form who have won 7 of their last 9 games, on their patch, we didn't do too badly.

This idea where unless you're assured and accomplished in every game you play then you're suspect is a load of *******s. Utd nicked loads of games last season that they didn't deserve to win. It's a cliche but it is the sign of champions.

When Man Utd do it, it's what champions do. When we do it we're ****.

We can't expect our trophy drought to not have left people with certain doubts about us.

My only concern is the way in which we struggled to close out a game.
We attempted to bolster our defense when there wasn't arguably much need.
We handed them the initaitive on a plate.
They looked far more dangerous in those last ten minutes than they did all game.

they had to, I am amazed you can't see that unless of course you are on a windup

game. Sunderland did it against Cardiff yesterday.

I think Wenger trusts his first choice defence to defend a lead. We've proven it in much tougher places than St. James Park.

I think it's harsh to say we were jittery defensively, goalkeeper aside. The Gibbs/Flamini switch was strange too when I think of it now...I assume that was an injury?

Didn't get to see the replay of the Flamini clash in the box that led to the penalty appeal as soon as he was switched to left back, could have been a costly change and you just know the media would have slaughtered him for it.

It wasn't for a lack of openings in those last ten minutes.
It's all subjective but Ben Arfa wasted a golden opportunity at the end and there were plenty of other scarey moments.

We're getting away from the point again though, which was that we're not that great at suffocating out the opposition wehn we throw on more defensive players

attitude and resilience of the last two games.

Giroud so often seems to be able to pull a proverbial rabbit when the going seems to be getting a little stale.

This was a very stern test today, with a superb result.
