Fair point, though I'm not sure quite how that attracts a manager though. I wouldve thought they'd be much more interested in the opportunity to build and not have the team constantly interfered with.

Pretty much his precise words spoken to my face last July.

As long as they're not getting relegated and hemorrhaging money, I don't think he is overly bothered about them achieving genuine success.
