A pork mince sandwich. Certainly, there will be chillis and lemongrass and ginger and garlic and fish sauce and coriander and pickled carrot and so on, but, in essence, it will be a pork mince sandwich.

Actually, I'd normally make it with pork and beef, but there was some beef mince and some turkey mince in the freezer and one thing sort of led to another... :cry:

:-) it was from recipe on sat kitchen for turkey mince patties but i used pork..but similar to what you are planning.. i made them into little patties a little bigger than a thai fishcake..was lovely

fridge for half hour then flatten them out gently and fry..whilstflattenting with the spatula while cooking

Oddly enough I going down the asian influenced route tonight.

I shall get those instant noodles, you know the ones you cook for 3 minutes with the wee sachet, real gook ones, not Tesco own brand, more authentic.

Into this I will add a medium sized spoon scoop of crunchy peanut butter which kind of melts away but adds a texture, as chefs like to say.

With this I will serve between 8-20 Tuc biscuits.

I don't really have a name for the dish yet but have served it many times before.

Get in.
