crumpet personally but I defend your right to have whatever you want on whatever you want imo :-) I like em on brown thick cut toast with tabasco and bbq sauce stirred during cooking then grated cheddar on top

Bring to the boil, simmer for 5 minutes and then discard the water. Repeat three times. Now commence preparing the tomato sauce. Skin, de-seed and chop Manzarella tomatoes. If Manzarella re not available, make another dish entirely, for nothing else will come close.

Later we will continue with the beans and create the batter for the crumpets.
