I hope we shake this game off to one of those freak games.

Plenty of time to be fresh for the next game. Beat Chelsea and it's all back on again.

Plus 2nd half of the season. No Old Trafford or Eithad to visit :cloud9:

Oh and Wilshere might get a ban so that's positive too :hide:

Walcott looked very good.

Chelsea game will be a far better test of where this team is in relation to the title

I knew that we'd get battered and so I was quite pleased not to have watched it!

Things like marking. giving the ball away to them repeatedly when not even under pressure helped.

We abandoned the things we done well. Looked very sluggish.
But as PSRB there were positives. We were on the wrong end of many harsh decisions too. (not an excuse for the result as we still conceded 6 goals)

Bendtner scored a perfectly good goal that was ruled offside. And was a 100% nailed on pen that we didn't get. And a few other ridiculous offside decisions.

City were pretty poor at the back too. But Walcott's 2nd goal gives me the horn.

and that on another day they could have lost that but everything went for them at vital points in the game. We certainly didn't help ourselves

Also, Ozil is a c**t. Why would he do that?!

Or Spurs games. I can only assume that was fatigue.

Wasn't a pen though imo :hide:

who gives a ****?

We looked tired, except for the one player who hasn't played much, Walcott. A proper rest now ahead of the Chelsea match and I expect to see a vastly improved performance

Same bunch who got their knickers in a twist over Flamini's sleeves.

It's a bit harsh for anyone to blame him for not being Gerd Müller.

Pat Vegas

he sets up a goal or scores won.

Sometimes what he does will go unrecognised. Plus when a player of his cost makes an error it's highlighted even further.

Why would we want to take Manchester City on in a shootout when, for ages now, we've been all about keeping things tight.

their game with some expectation of winning.

You could tell by Arsene's interview afterwards, that he wasn't greatly fussed. "Yep, letting 6 in was bad - but **** happens when you're playing at the Etihad"

The Chelsea game will be very interesting.
