View Full Version : I noticed whenever we lose we blame it on the ref or being tired

Needs to be more accountability, we played poorly plain and simple.Arsenal must be able to get a result away from home when playing big sides .

But City are also very good.

We need to be prepared to work harder in the big games.

Granted were were sloppy and a shambles at the back but going forward we had lots of chances to score. Giroud should've scored two, was in a position to give Walcott a tap in, and we also had a goal wrongly ruled offside.

I would be more critical of that performance I the team had as week long rest before playing Citeh.
Despite that - we still put 3 goals past them.
Well more like 5 - if it wasn't for the piss poor ref and linos..

Our game plan revolved around it not runing into an end to end shoot out which we were always going to lose.

City got the game they wanted because we couldnt get sny control on the game. And defensively, we couldnt cope with them.

You have to admire our efforts to get back into the game in the second half but blaming the ref is a bit silly really. Yes, bendtner's goal should have stood but it was in the 89th minute and we were 5-2 down. Hardly crucial. Same with the offside and foul before two of their goals. They had a free kick, we had eleven men behind the ball. You cant blame the ref for them scoring from it.

Crucial thing is how we repsond against chelsea. We have to get something from that game. Another defeat would be very bad indeed.

For not helping us score 7?

We shouldnt expect giroud to morph into henry in front of goal when we need him to. He isnt the greatest finisher.

on his left foot. Fluffing the pass to Walcott was also f**king shocking.

:hehe: quite funny really. Summed up our day.

Poor lad didnt have the best game. Though he was a bit unlucky with the diving header. That was a decent effort.
