Emergency cooking help! Mincemeat

Oops..I thought the recipe said 225c...but realised after about 1hr30m it was meant to be 225F ! I'm cooking mincemeat formince pies...Is the filling still ok or do I have to start again?
It look ok but a little bit er...dark

It'll be burnt and bitter.

Of course, you could try tasting it first to confirm this.

Yeah it doesn't taste too good. Might leave it for a couple of days then see.
