they flogged tacos on the street, 4 for $1 when I was there.

You could carne (beef), pollo (chicken) or tripica (tripe). I loved the tripica with guacamole. It was lush.

And had some callos in Spain which was pretty good too. Just in a cheap cafe.

Wish you could find tripe easily in town.

You don't think I've got some northern genes, do you Herbs? Please say it ain't so.
